Vision Loss
Sudden vision loss or deterioration of vision may be associated with various ocular or
systemic conditions, some of which may require urgent evaluation.
Floaters / Flashes
Floaters (“spots” or moving shadows) and flashes of light may be associated with common vitreous changes; however, in some cases they may indicate more serious ocular conditions affecting the retina requiring prompt evaluation.
Symptoms such as a sudden increase in floaters, intense flashes, the appearance of a dark shadow or “curtain,” decreased vision, or associated eye pain should be promptly evaluated by an ophthalmologist.

Diplopia
Diplopia (double vision) may be associated with various ocular, neurological, or systemic conditions, some of which may require urgent medical evaluation.
Symptoms such as sudden onset of double vision, associated eyelid drooping, headache, pain around the eye, weakness, imbalance, or other neurological symptoms should be
promptly evaluated by an ophthalmologist or appropriate medical service.

does not constitute a medical diagnosis. If symptoms worsen or new symptoms develop,
prompt medical evaluation is strongly recommended.
Red Eye
Red eye may be associated with common and mild ocular surface conditions; however, in some cases it may indicate more serious eye diseases requiring prompt evaluation.
Symptoms such as significant pain, light sensitivity, decreased vision, ocular discharge, eye trauma, contact lens use, or sudden worsening of symptoms should be promptly evaluated
by an ophthalmologist.
This report is based solely on the responses submitted through the EyeLinked platform and does not constitute a medical diagnosis. If symptoms worsen or new symptoms develop, prompt medical evaluation is strongly recommended.
Eye Pain / Ocular Pain
Eye pain or pain around the eye may be associated with various ocular or systemic conditions, some of which may require urgent evaluation.
Symptoms such as severe or sudden pain, decreased vision, light sensitivity, redness, eye trauma, nausea, headache, or accompanying neurological symptoms should be promptly evaluated by an ophthalmologist or appropriate medical service.
This report is based solely on the responses submitted through the EyeLinked platform and does not constitute a medical diagnosis. If symptoms worsen or new symptoms develop, prompt medical evaluation is strongly recommended.
Eyelid Problems
Eyelid problems may be associated with inflammation, infection, allergic reactions, or other ocular and systemic conditions. Although many cases are mild, certain symptoms may require prompt medical evaluation.
Symptoms such as significant swelling, pain, redness, discharge, difficulty opening the eye, eyelid drooping, trauma, or associated vision loss should be promptly evaluated by an ophthalmologist or appropriate medical service.

Excessive Tearing
Excessive tearing may be associated with ocular surface irritation, inflammation, allergies, tear drainage dysfunction, or other eye conditions. Although many cases are mild, certain
symptoms may require medical evaluation.
Symptoms such as persistent tearing, pain, redness, discharge, light sensitivity, swelling, or associated vision loss should be evaluated by an ophthalmologist, particularly if they persist or worsen.
This report is based solely on the responses submitted through the EyeLinked platform and does not constitute a medical diagnosis. If symptoms worsen or new symptoms develop, medical evaluation is recommended.
Contact Lens Related Problems
Symptoms related to contact lens use may be associated with ocular surface irritation, dry eye, inflammation, or infection. In some cases, these conditions may require urgent ophthalmic evaluation.
Symptoms such as pain, redness, light sensitivity, discharge, blurred vision, or difficulty tolerating contact lenses should be promptly evaluated by an ophthalmologist, particularly if
they develop suddenly or worsen. Discontinuation of contact lens use is recommended until proper evaluation has been completed.

Ocular Trauma
Ocular trauma may range from mild irritation to serious injuries that can affect vision and require urgent medical attention.
Symptoms such as pain, redness, blurred vision, bleeding, light sensitivity, foreign body sensation, chemical exposure, or injury involving a sharp object should be promptly evaluated by an ophthalmologist or appropriate medical service. Avoid rubbing or applying pressure to the eye until proper evaluation has been completed.

Postoperative Eye Symptoms
Symptoms following eye surgery may be associated with the normal postoperative recovery process; however, in some cases they may indicate complications requiring prompt medical evaluation.
Symptoms such as sudden vision loss, significant pain, increasing redness, discharge, flashes, floaters, or worsening symptoms after eye surgery should be promptly evaluated by the treating ophthalmologist or appropriate medical service.
This report is based solely on the responses submitted through the EyeLinked platform and does not constitute a medical diagnosis or postoperative medical follow-up. If symptoms worsen or new symptoms develop, prompt medical evaluation is strongly recommended.
Chemical Eye Injury / Chemical Exposure to the Eye
Exposure of the eye to a chemical substance may cause anything from mild irritation to severe ocular injury requiring urgent medical attention. Certain chemicals may lead to rapid
deterioration of the ocular surface and vision.
Symptoms such as significant pain, redness, tearing, light sensitivity, blurred vision, or inability to open the eye following chemical exposure should be promptly evaluated by an
ophthalmologist or appropriate medical service. Immediate irrigation of the eye with plenty of water or saline, for a minimum of 15-20 minutes, is recommended until medical evaluation
has been completed.

Symptoms such as persistent pain, redness, tearing, light sensitivity, blurred vision, injury while using tools or machinery, or inability to remove the foreign body should be promptly evaluated by an ophthalmologist or appropriate medical service. Avoid rubbing the eye until medical evaluation has been completed.
